Terms of use
These terms cover your use of smartcoatpaintingfl.com. They are not the contract for your project — that is a separate written agreement signed by you and Smart Coat Painting & Construction, and it is the document that governs the work.

Using this site
You may read, print and share anything on this site for your own use, including putting our pages in front of a board or a management company. You may not copy the text or the photographs to represent someone else's work, scrape the site to build a competing directory, or interfere with how it runs.
Estimates are not binding until there is a signed contract
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a price. Sending a form does not create an agreement and does not reserve a place on a schedule.
A price becomes binding when we have walked the property, issued a written estimate, and you and we have signed a contract for the work. Where a written estimate and this website disagree, the written estimate governs; where the estimate and the signed contract disagree, the contract governs.
Text message consent
The consent checkbox on our forms is optional and separate from sending the form. If you check it, you agree that we may send you text messages about your estimate and your project at the number you gave us.

- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an estimate.

- We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
What is on these pages
We write the content on this site to be accurate, and we describe how work is done in South Florida rather than promising an outcome for your property. Nothing here is professional advice about your building: what your stucco, concrete or coating needs is decided by looking at it, and structural conditions are assessed by a licensed engineer or architect.
Descriptions of licensing, insurance and service area are current when published. The license number is public record and can be checked on the Florida DBPR register.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a manufacturer, a state register or a review platform, we are pointing at a source rather than endorsing everything on it. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability
We publish this site as it is and do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of error. We are not responsible for loss arising from an inability to reach it — if something on the site does not work, please tell us and we will fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, and the courts of Broward County, Florida are the venue for any dispute about them.
