Work with Smart Coat
Smart Coat runs painting and restoration crews across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, on everything from single-family interiors to phased repaints of whole communities. We are always interested in hearing from people who do this work well.
At Smart Coat we value quality, ethics, respect and teamwork — the foundations that define our culture.
What you would be doing
The work
- Interior and exterior painting on houses, townhomes and condos, and phased repaints of condo buildings and HOA communities.
- Restoration work under the coating: stucco repair, concrete and spalling repair, waterproofing, roof restoration and surface preparation.
- Pressure cleaning and roof treatment, and the preparation work that makes up most of the labor on a South Florida exterior.
- Everything is inside Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Who we want to hear from
What we look for
- People who prepare properly, because that is what decides whether the finish is still sound in year five.
- People who are straight with a homeowner or a board about what a surface actually needs.
- People who leave a site clean at the end of the day rather than at the end of the job.
- English or Spanish — or both. We work in both, and so do our customers.
